Ishara Art Foundation looks behind the scenes of No Trespassing to discover the artistic processes and curatorial conversations that shaped the exhibition – and what the streets mean to each of the artists who brought it to life.
In this episode, H11235 (Kiran Maharjan) speaks to us via Zoom from his home base in Kathmandu, Nepa. He shares the challenges of working remotely to create his installation at Ishara, our anthropocene conundrum (2025), which explores the contradictions between materiality and digital aesthetics. He also discusses the communal experience offered by public art versus the deeper reflection enabled by art in an indoor space.
