Ishara Art Foundation presents an exhibition walkthrough of Shilpa Gupta: Lines of Flight. Led by Shilpa Gupta in conversation with Sabih Ahmed, Curator of the exhibition and Projects Advisor at Ishara, the event delves into the significance of lines in her multimedia practice, which explores how systems of control and surveillance are created and resisted. Attendees will gain special insights into the sound installation Listening Air, exhibited for the first time in Asia, and how the work was conceived and brought to life.
This event is a companion to the exhibition Shilpa Gupta: Lines of Flight, currently on view at the Ishara Art Foundation. The programme will be conducted in English.
